Terms of sale
Price, payment, term, renewal, withdrawal and guarantees applying to the Pro subscription.
Updated on September 21, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the sale of the Pro subscription to the “Plume” service, offered by Tharshan VISHNUKUMAR EI, to consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.
They are accepted on subscribing and supplement the terms of service, which continue to apply to the service as a whole. Free use of the service falls outside their scope.
2. What the plan includes
The Pro subscription gives access to all features of the service for its period of validity. The features included are listed on the subscription page at the time of ordering, which prevails over any earlier description.
The service is supplied as digital content accessible online, with no physical medium and no physical delivery.
3. Price
| Plan | Price | Billing period |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | 4,99 € | Per month |
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: no value added tax is charged, and none is recoverable.
No trial period is offered on the subscription: the free tier lets you try the service's essential features with no time limit.
The publisher may change its prices. A new price applies to an existing subscription only from its next renewal, and after at least thirty days' notice. You may then terminate free of charge before the new price takes effect.
4. Ordering and payment
Ordering requires an active account. Before you confirm, a summary sets out the plan, its total price and its billing period; confirmation, which entails an obligation to pay, is given through a button labelled to that effect.
Payment is made by card through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No card data passes through or is stored on the publisher's servers.
The order is confirmed by email, together with the corresponding invoice. Access to paid features opens as soon as payment is collected.
Should a payment fail at an instalment date, access to paid features may be suspended after an unanswered reminder. Your résumés remain accessible and exportable.
5. Term, renewal and termination
The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically at each expiry for the same period, unless terminated.
In accordance with article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, you will be informed by email of your option not to renew, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before expiry. Absent that information, you may terminate free of charge at any time from the renewal date, and obtain a refund of sums paid after it.
Termination is available at any time from your account, through a feature reachable in a few clicks, in accordance with article L. 215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code. It takes effect at the end of the current period: access to paid features is maintained until then, with no further charge.
Terminating the subscription deletes neither your account nor your résumés, which remain accessible within the limits of the free plan.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving reasons and without penalty, in accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise it, send an unambiguous statement to hello@koumastudio.com. Refund is made within fourteen days of receiving your request, by the same means of payment.
As the service is digital content supplied immediately, the law lets you request performance before the period ends. If, when ordering, you tick the box requesting immediate performance and expressly acknowledging that you waive your right of withdrawal, you lose that right once the service has been fully performed (art. L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). Without that twofold acknowledgement, your right remains intact.
7. Statutory guarantee of conformity
The service is supplied in conformity with its description and with the use that may legitimately be expected of it. You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided by articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you may require it to be brought into conformity free of charge. Where that is impossible or does not happen within a reasonable time, you may obtain a price reduction or rescission of the contract. This guarantee applies without prejudice to the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
8. Mediation and disputes
Any complaint must first be sent to hello@koumastudio.com. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Failing an amicable solution within two months, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, tel. 01 89 47 00 14, litiges@cm2c.net — https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.
Recourse to mediation is optional and does not deprive you of the right to bring the matter before the competent court. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of habitual residence within the European Union.
