The content you enter in the editor — your résumé text, your photograph, the documents you import — remains entirely yours. The publisher acquires no ownership of it. The terms of service set out the strictly limited technical licence needed to store and display it.
4. Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and how to exercise your rights.
Trackers are described in the cookie policy. The site uses no third-party analytics and no advertising cookie: a single session cookie, strictly necessary to operate the service, is set once you sign in.

Manifestly unlawful content hosted on the service can be reported to hello@koumastudio.com. Please state the URL concerned, the nature of the content and why it should be removed.
Résumés created by users are private documents, accessible to their author alone: they are neither published on the site nor indexed.
6. Governing law and disputes
This site is governed by French law. Dispute resolution, including free recourse to a consumer mediator, is set out in the terms of sale.
