What stays free?

The full editor, all 43 templates and their design settings, PDF export with no watermark, importing an existing résumé (PDF, Word or photo), the editor's ATS score and the online ATS check, which does not even need an account. A free account holds up to 2 résumés, and imports are capped at 10 files a day, against 30 with Pro. You can build, export and send a complete résumé without ever paying.

Why have several résumés?

To tailor your résumé to each job (the headline, the summary, the order of your experience) without losing earlier versions. With 2 résumés, you have to rework the same one from one application to the next. With Pro, you duplicate your base résumé for each job and keep every version: you know which one went where, and you can find it again before the interview.

What exactly does the AI assistant do?

It works on the résumé open in the editor: it rewrites your summary, strengthens an experience or tailors the résumé to a job ad you paste in. It changes nothing on its own: every proposal shows up in the preview, and you accept or reject it. When it is missing a piece of information, it can ask you rather than guess. It is capped at 150 messages a day.

What is the job-offer analysis for?

Paste the text of a job ad: the AI picks out the terms the recruiter will look for and shows which ones are missing from your résumé, with suggestions. It is up to you to add them where they truly describe what you can do. The free ATS check makes sure your résumé reads well; the job-offer analysis checks that it matches a specific role. It is capped at 60 analyses a day.

What happens when the pass ends?

Nothing is charged: a pass does not renew. Two days before the end, an email lets you know. After that, your résumés stay in your account, editable and exportable as PDF; beyond 2 résumés, you simply cannot create new ones, and the AI assistant and the job-offer analysis close. To carry on, get a new pass.

Can I extend before the end?

Yes. A pass bought during another one adds to its end date: no paid day is lost. The “Extend” button is on the Subscription page of your account.

I have the monthly subscription: what changes?

Nothing while you keep it: it carries on under the same terms and is managed from your account, with the “Manage payment” button on the Subscription page. You can get a pass once the subscription has ended.

How does payment work?

Through Stripe, in a single payment: €4.99 for 7 days, €12.90 for 30 days or €24.90 for 90 days. Nothing is charged afterwards, and the invoice waits for you in your account. Plume never sees your card number. When you pay, you ask for the service to start straight away; the conditions for withdrawal and refunds are set out in the terms of sale.
